          I have started this website about Madurai on October 7, 2006. This site contains information about the City of Madurai and near by areas and information about the people and their culture of this region. We invite the people of this region to send their writings about their home land.

     From 1st October 2009, Madurainetwork.com and all our group websites, which were previously under 'Chennainetwork.com', were brought under our Newly started "Gowtham Web Services" for administrative convenience.
